Sollis Health is seeking an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) for their House Calls team to provide home-based medical care in the Los Angeles area. The role involves delivering urgent care services, coordinating with clinic staff, and ensuring patient-centered communication

Job Summary

  • As an Advanced Care Provider, you will conduct concierge medical visits in patients' homes, providing care to adults and children who would typically seek treatment in an emergency room or urgent care center.
  • This position will focus primarily on the Los Angeles region, allowing you to provide high-quality care directly in patients' homes and in our centers, offering convenience and enhanced care options.
  • Perform medical procedures such as obtaining IV access, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, performing point-of-care testing (POC) and EKGs.
