Base: $18.00 - $23.85 per hour; Shift Differential: 22% added; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years regulated manufacturing experience
Ability to read blueprints and instructions
Manual and automated machine operation
Visual and dimensional part inspection
Adherence to FDA and safety regulations
Nice-to-have
Previous light assembly experience
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Experience in medical device environment
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
