Perform supervisory functions for their assigned staff including interviewing, hiring, training and providing staff development through performance evaluation and corrective counseling.

Salary
Base: $66,400.00 - $119,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Sign on bonus of $5K available for externals only, annual performance bonus compensation; Benefits: Day 1 Medical, supplemental health, dental & vision for FT employees who work 30+ hours, well-being programs, vacation, holidays, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, life/disability insurance, FSAs, annual incentive plans, matching gifts, education assistance
