Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years CMDB administration experience
  • Proficiency with BMC Helix CMDB or ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation and normalization rules
  • Experience managing automated discovery sources
  • Ability to perform routine CMDB audits and gap analysis

Nice-to-have

  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell or Python
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • CHAMP or CSAM certification preferred
  • Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders

Key Requirements
