Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the plant including production, engineering, maintenance, logistics and warehouse operations.
The role focuses on improving Overall Plant Effectiveness (OPE), productivity, safety and operational discipline while embedding High Performance Organization (HPO) behaviours.
The candidate will lead productivity and operational improvement initiatives and conduct root cause analysis to eliminate operational losses.

Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline
2–4 years experience in process improvement or TPM
Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, logistics or warehouse environments preferred
