Integer is looking for a Senior Manager of Quality to lead quality assurance efforts at their manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and team leadership within a manufacturing environment

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead the manufacturing site or sites assigned to ensure they meet and continue to meet customer requirements while remaining in compliance with the associated quality management system policies and procedures.
  • You lead, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals in support of one or more product lines or process areas within a design/manufacturing site or a business category.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
  • 8 years manufacturing experience
  • ISO standards governance or regulatory compliance
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience

  • Experience with EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 21CFR820
