The Manager Strategy Analytics role will be responsible for leading and delivering analytics, reporting, and automation solutions that drive business improvement.
The role will identify and prioritize analytics opportunities, oversees end-to-end solution delivery using Power Platform, SQL, and Python, and ensures dashboards and insights meet business needs of Caterpillar’s global leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and developers across experience levels, translating strategic vision into clear, achievable team objectives and delivery plans.
