  • The Manager, Governance and Compliance will partner with innovative and passionate stakeholders across TDRM to coordinate and execute the assessment of compliance impacts of risk-taking activities and evaluate international laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsibilities include mapping complex legal and regulatory requirements to internal business processes and providing a "credible challenge" to ensure systems and procedures are compliant and resilient.
  • Key responsibilities involve compliance advisory, regulatory mapping, applicability and impact assessments, risk assessments, issue management, and stakeholder collaboration for reporting to senior management and regulatory agencies.
