Job Summary
The Global Trial Associate role is part of a 12-month leadership development program with rotations in Clinical Trial Assistant, Site Manager, and Local Trial Manager roles.
GTAs will gain knowledge of pharmaceutical development, GCO SOPs, policies, regulatory requirements, and logistical tasks related to trial management.
Upon program completion, GTAs will be placed in a Local Trial Manager or Ontario Site Manager role based on business need and skillset.
