6-10+ years structured finance experience
Deep understanding of ABS securitization structuring
Proven track record originating complex financing transactions
Experience in both capital markets and structured lending
Strong client relationship management skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
Series 79, 7, and 63 licenses required
