Job Summary

  • Work closely with line managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters, focusing on operational HR support, employee lifecycle activities, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and basic employee relations issues, while addressing employee concerns and supporting engagement activities.
  • Responsible for end-to-end employee life-cycle activities including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee movements, ensuring HR data accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
