Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and basic employee relations issues, while addressing employee concerns and supporting engagement activities.
Responsible for end-to-end employee life-cycle activities including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee movements, ensuring HR data accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
