Job Summary

  • Responsible for interviewing, onboarding & training new team members, conducting ongoing trainings, and partnering with department leaders to coach and support new hires.
  • Responsible for booking guests to attend an owner update both by phone and face to face, maintaining an excellent culture and environment, and maintaining above budget penetration rate.

Salary

Base: $80,169 per year; Bonus/Equity: Incentive earnings ranging from $27,500 to $77,500 annually; Benefits: Comprehensive health and welfare benefits

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • College degree in related field preferred
  • Successful Wyndham Destinations marketing experience required
  • Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Working knowledge of marketing databases
