Job Summary
Define and own the design vision for Orbit, setting the north star UX for social trading, live streaming, KOL/creator tools, community spaces, and the social feed.
Lead design for high-impact social features such as trade sharing, copy trading signals, live stream overlays, follower/following dynamics, community creation, and reputation systems.
Scale the Orbit design team by recruiting, mentoring, and coaching senior and mid-level designers to build a high-performing team capable of shipping at social-product velocity across global markets.
