Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,600 USD - $174,900 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $98,500 USD - $174,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as an SI Partner Manager
  • 4+ years experience in Business Development, Software/Services Sales, and/or Channel Management
  • 4+ years experience recruiting and growing partnerships
  • Experience implementing key partner programs
  • Previous experience leading partner relationships
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience
