Trainees will assist residents with essential daily needs, including grooming, dressing, hygiene, and meal service, under the guidance of licensed nursing staff.
This role requires physical stamina for tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting with resident transfers, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
