Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years managerial experience in Corporate Services
Minimum 10 years in the Funds industry
Experience with Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients
Experience supporting regulated and unregulated entities
Flexibility for meetings outside normal hours
In-depth knowledge of fund industry and structures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
