Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Residential mortgage experience required
  • 3+ years previous mortgage sales experience
  • Established relationships with diverse realtor organizations
  • Knowledge of fair lending laws and RESPA
  • Ability to originate minimum 3 loans per month

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with specialized LMI mortgage solutions
  • FHA/VA and conventional loan experience preferred
  • Strong relationship development and management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Register as mortgage loan originator with NMLS
  • Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Originate minimum 3 loans per month with 50% CRA/minority mix
