This role combines technical leadership, design management, and project planning, ensuring seamless integration between design deliverables, construction methodology, and project schedule. You will lead design coordination and planning activities for our major building projects. About the Role You will oversee the design coordination process, manage consultants, ensure buildability and compliance, and support the project team in developing accurate and achievable construction schedules. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and according to design intent. Design & Technical Coordination Lead and manage design coordination across architectural, structural, M&E, and specialist trades. Review design drawings, specifications, and BIM models to ensure accuracy, compliance, and buildability. Identify design discrepancies and drive timely resolution with consultants and subcontractors. Coordinate technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements. Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and support submissions to authorities. Planning & Scheduling Develop, review, and update the master programme and detailed construction schedules. Coordinate with project teams to align design milestones with construction sequence and procurement timelines. Monitor progress, highlight delays, and propose recovery plans. Support planning for temporary works, method statements, and construction methodology. Work closely with Project Director, PM, Site Teams, QS, and Planning teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and planning matters. Assist in evaluating technical risks, proposing solutions, and supporting technical decision-making. Lead design coordination meetings and planning review meetings. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in building projects background in technical desig
