Job Summary
The Regional Compliance Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring safety programs, policies, and procedures that meet all Transport Canada (TDG) and OHS requirements, as well as federal (CEPA) and provincial environmental regulations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing the Airgas Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management System, conducting audits, monitoring the Management of Change process, and tracking Critical Safeguards and Preventative Maintenance programs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Minimum of five years of experience in safety management roles
Professional designation such as CRSP or ROH preferred
Working knowledge of TDG, WHMIS, CEPA, and provincial OHS rules
Knowledge of Canadian Environmental Emergency Regulations and PSM standards
Knowledge of Transport Canada Rail Safety and Security regulations
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
