  • You will be responsible to manage BU2 NA region Warranty management systems, including evaluation of product field performance, customer warranty debits, product field/warranty cost improvement and customer warranty interface.
  • This role is responsible to manage multiple high profile, high-cost potential issues simultaneously and provide logical and data-based problem solving of warranty/field issues.
