  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative and descriptive manner, and report all accidents and incidents observed.
  • Assist residents with daily functions such as mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining their comfort and safety.
