Job Summary

  • This position assumes responsibility for the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and other state and federal owned property and resources.
  • Primary responsibilities include minor mechanical, electrical and plumbing work; installing and repairing flooring systems, roofing systems, windows, doors and door hardware; sheetrock and painting.
  • This full-time state position provides a percentage of matching contributions to employees’ retirement plans, 11 holidays, and a minimum of 15 days of annual and sick leave per year.
