Job Summary

  • This role serves as the leader of advanced selling skills development for all Nuveen distribution channels globally while acting as the Learning & Development lead for the Global Institutional sales team in EMEA and APAC.
  • The position requires developing enterprise-wide strategies to institutionalize client engagement and sales processes across Global Institutional, US Wealth, and Global Wealth channels.
  • Candidates must partner with key stakeholders throughout Nuveen, TIAA Investments, Product, and Marketing to align capabilities with business needs across a global team.
