Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
10+ years as an Estimator, Cost Manager or similar role
Professional certification (e.g., AACE, RICS, CIQS)
Knowledge of estimating software and benchmarking tools
