  • Manage Seat, Belt and Interior Sensing systems sub-group’s projects and workload, translate business objectives to actionable deliverables, and develop and execute the sub-group’s training and tests.

Key Requirements

  • BS in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomechanical, Controls Engineering, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of Frontal, Side, and Rollover Crashworthiness experience
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge in restraint system deployments and controls
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge in global regulatory and consumer metrics
  • Highly skilled and experienced in occupant restraints balancing and optimization
  • Highly skilled and fluent in GM’s global restraint development/integration/validation processes
  • RTC, DOORS/DNG and FIT knowledge & experience
  • DFSS Black Belt
