Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2 years mechanical trade experience or Associates Degree
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Ability to lift 20-60 lb weights regularly
  • Experience with calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers
  • Availability for 2nd shift hours 7:30pm to 6am

Nice-to-have

  • Advanced ability to interpret GD&T on complex drawings
  • Intermediate knowledge of statistical process control methodology
  • Experience with SAP transactions and quality notifications
  • Familiarity with Toyota KATA initiative
  • Ability to operate large hoist systems and power vehicles

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years trade school or 5 years manufacturing experience
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Associates Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
