  • Deeply understand automotive manufacturing processes (white body, painting, component manufacturing) and integrate 3M abrasive solutions into customer standard processes through technical demonstrations and on-site testing.
  • Manage and maintain key relationships with purchasing, process, quality, and R&D departments within automotive clients, and collaborate closely with designated distributors for inventory, logistics, and technical support.
