  • As Total Rewards Manager for India, you will be responsible to plan, organize and direct activities and policies under Total Rewards Center of Expertise for 3M’s legal entities in India.
  • Responsible for the administration of our Compensation and Benefits package in India in accordance with the 3M’s compensation and benefits philosophy.
  • Strive for continuous optimization of compensation and benefits administration and employee experience improvement.
