The Researcher Scientist supports the Immune Monitoring and Discovery Platform by providing scientific expertise in immune monitoring technologies and advanced data analysis workflows.
Key responsibilities include establishing Standard Operating Procedures for instrument maintenance, performing calibration and troubleshooting of cytometers, and training investigators on technology fundamentals.
The role requires collaboration with the Platform Director to design experiments, optimize assays, and deploy new platforms that enhance immuno-oncology research capabilities.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree required
3 years relevant research experience
Proficiency with FlowJo and DiVa software
Experience with spectral flow cytometry
BSL-2 laboratory safety training
Nice-to-have
PhD or equivalent experience preferred
5-6 years of relevant research experience
Experience supervising researchers and trainees
Knowledge of emerging immune monitoring technologies
Ability to develop new assays and technologies
Key Requirements
Master's degree required; PhD strongly preferred
Minimum 3 years relevant research experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scientific software tools
Training in bacteriological, viral, chemical, and physical safety procedures
Ability to work safely in a BSL-2 laboratory environment
