Job Summary

  • The Partner Strategy and Growth team leads strategy, planning and business development for the partner business at Workday, defining and executing strategy with leaders across the business.
  • The Workday Wellness Technical Business Development role leads go-to-market with our most strategic partner relationships in Workday Wellness, building on the Workday Benefits & Pay hub.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $145,800 USD - $218,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $131,800 USD - $234,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years in software as a service companies
  • 2+ years in presales or value management
  • Demonstrated understanding of APIs
  • Experience in US healthcare, financial services, or insurance markets
  • Ability to frame, structure and execute large partner deals
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
