Job Summary

• The Customer Retail Manager will serve as a geographically based retail arm of the sales team and will be accountable for driving the selling, merchandising and distribution efforts at store level.
• Essential functions include developing and enhancing field customer relationships, executing sales and shelving strategies to achieve targets, and ensuring effective execution of customer agreements and promotional programs.
