Job Summary
The Mechanical Team Leader is responsible for designs and analyses mechanical static equipment and leads a team of design engineers to deliver engineering projects and tasks in accordance with Pall’s product and project execution processes.
This position reports to the Vessel Engineering Manager and is part of the Energy+ Global Process Engineering located in Portsmouth (Additional location Dubai/Warsaw) and will be an on-site role to cover a team of engineers based in Europe, America and the Middle East (currently 8 associates) supporting key engineered to order projects.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor's with advanced professional learning
Minimum of 7 years relevant engineering experience
Experience leading engineering projects and coordinating engineers
Advanced knowledge of pressure vessel design principles
Experience working to international design standards (ASME, ISO, PED)
Ability to manage multiple engineering activities concurrently
Strong capability in developing, reviewing, and approving engineering designs
Demonstrated understanding of product data management
