Job Summary

  • The Mechanical Team Leader is responsible for designs and analyses mechanical static equipment and leads a team of design engineers to deliver engineering projects and tasks in accordance with Pall’s product and project execution processes.
  • This position reports to the Vessel Engineering Manager and is part of the Energy+ Global Process Engineering located in Portsmouth (Additional location Dubai/Warsaw) and will be an on-site role to cover a team of engineers based in Europe, America and the Middle East (currently 8 associates) supporting key engineered to order projects.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor's with advanced professional learning
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant engineering experience
  • Experience leading engineering projects and coordinating engineers
  • Advanced knowledge of pressure vessel design principles
  • Experience working to international design standards (ASME, ISO, PED)
  • Ability to manage multiple engineering activities concurrently
  • Strong capability in developing, reviewing, and approving engineering designs
  • Demonstrated understanding of product data management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
