Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years industry experience with Bachelor's degree
PDK development and quality assurance expertise
ASIC EM and IR flow methodologies using Synopsys RHSC/Cadence Voltus
ESD PERC flow methodologies using ICV/Calibre or Pegasus
2+ years experience managing a technical team
Nice-to-have
Experience in technology file developments and tool certification
Exposure to advanced IC manufacturing process nodes
Proven ability to build organizational capabilities
Effective communication skills across organizational levels
Motivation to continuously improve organizational processes
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
