  • Cert IV Leisure and Health or Diploma of Leisure & Health
  • Experience in aged care home environment
  • Implementing Leisure & Lifestyle programs
  • Working with people with dementia
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor of Health Science (Recreational Therapy)
  • Experience with Autumn Care software
  • Understanding of Aged Care resident rights
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Criminal History Check
