You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, quality assurance, staff development, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
This role involves providing direct nursing care, managing personnel functions, participating in committee meetings, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
