Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years pharmaceutical quality assurance experience
  • Direct experience with bulk biopharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights
  • Proficiency in cGMP compliance and quality systems

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with complex root cause investigations
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with senior management
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience OR Associate's with 4 years OR High School with 6 years
  • 1-3 years related work experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work any shift including 24/7 operations
