Organizes and conducts occupational therapy programs designed to help patients regain functioning in mental health, daily living skills and or adjust to their handicaps.
Performs and documents thorough initial evaluation on each patient referred for O.T. services, accurately performing objective testing and identifying patient's functional disabilities or problem areas prior to implementation of treatment.
Effectively performs schedule board functions by promptly scheduling patients for treatment as ordered and effectively scheduling staff for maximum productivity and with fair distribution of work.
