Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Inspect and test PCBs
Troubleshoot and repair PCBs
Perform electrical and mechanical assembly
Conduct ATP/ATR and thermal chamber tests
Calibrate radar systems and track calibration
Maintain production documentation
Nice-to-have
Experience in small-business environments
Bilingual French/English
Support continuous improvement including 5S
Collaboration with multidisciplinary experts
Culture of quality and continuous improvement
Hands-on technical growth
Key Requirements
1+ year in electronic manufacturing
Ability to read electrical schematics
MS Office proficiency
College diploma or DEP in Electronics
