Facet NW Inc is seeking Seasonal Fish Exclusion/Relocation Technicians to assist in fish passage improvement projects primarily in the Puget Sound area. Ideal candidates will have a background in biology or environmental sciences and experience with electrofishing techniques

Job Summary

  • Assist with electrofishing by capturing, logging, and releasing fish outside of the work zone.
  • Build and secure fish exclusion fencing, use dip nets and beach seines, and collect water quality data.
  • This role involves travel for overnight stays on the Olympic Peninsula and other Puget Sound locations for extended periods.
