Job Summary

• To enhance healthcare product understanding and engagement among agents and corporate clients, improve claims steerage towards cost-effective solutions, and manage effective communication strategies through agent circulars.
• Lead and manage the five core functions of Partnership Engagement & Strategy, aligning department objectives with overall business goals, particularly in claims cost containment, provider steerage, and corporate engagement.
• Act as the “editor-in-chief” of all agent circulars, ensuring consistency and clarity, and work with internal teams to develop strategic content, including product updates, claims process changes, and training materials.
