Key Requirements

  • Licensed Doctor of Pharmacy (D.Ph.) in Oklahoma
  • Graduate of accredited pharmacy degree program
  • Certificate as preceptor when eligible
  • Minimum 2 shifts per month for PRN positions
  • Obtain Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy License within 6 months if hired as Graduate Intern
