Job Summary
Monitor all of Ships Agency incoming / outgoing messages and follow up on vessels as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Attend to enquiries, requirements & queries pertaining to vessels / principals promptly, acting in principals’ best interest within regulations and quality standards.
Ensure liaison with stevedores, terminal operators, surveyors and other personnel for efficient and economical vessel operations, and render assistance to principals, owners, masters and crew.
