Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and / or Speech Language Pathology
Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
CPR certification, if required by licensure
Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
