Job Summary
Act as an HR partner to leadership and support/operation areas, ensuring the execution of people management routines and processes.
Coordinate and support the OKR cycle, including communication, guidance, and support for inclusion/adjustments, and alignment of presentation and follow-up meetings.
Ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and financial sustainability through the definition, maintenance, and governance of the organization's job structure, salaries, and compensation practices.
