Job Summary

• Responsible for greeting all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding the spa treatments and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.
• You will be scheduling appointments and forwarding relevant information ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.
• The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country and possess reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
