Key Requirements

  • 10+ yrs of relevant experience in IT Industry
  • Pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions
  • Demonstrating Customer engagement solution
  • Business Analysis/Business case/ROI construction
  • Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Datacloud, AI and Mobile solutions knowledge
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience
