Job Summary

  • Lead end-to-end vendor management for the benefits administration vendor and all point solution partners, ensuring seamless cross vendor integration, service excellence, and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Own Open Enrollment (OE) strategy and governance, including planning, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, communication frameworks, and execution readiness.
  • Partner with HRTS, Payroll, HRSC, Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to support escalations, configuration decisions, communications alignment, audits, invoicing oversight, and risk management.
