Job Summary
Lead end-to-end vendor management for the benefits administration vendor and all point solution partners, ensuring seamless cross vendor integration, service excellence, and measurable performance outcomes.
Own Open Enrollment (OE) strategy and governance, including planning, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, communication frameworks, and execution readiness.
Partner with HRTS, Payroll, HRSC, Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to support escalations, configuration decisions, communications alignment, audits, invoicing oversight, and risk management.
