Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Project management of MEP trades
Cost and schedule control software
Technical due diligence expertise
Knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB/B regulations
Coordination of technical planning interfaces
Fluent German and English communication
Nice-to-have
Experience with BIM methods
Energy efficiency and sustainability consulting
Strong initiative and quality awareness
Team and communication skills
Customer relationship building
Key Requirements
Degree in building services engineering or related field
Alternatively technician or master craftsman qualification in HVAC or electrical
Minimum 5 years experience in TGA project management or planning
Proficient in German and English
Experience with HOAI, AHO, VOB/B and technical standards
