Job Summary

  • As an industrial base focused Critical Chemicals portfolio analyst, you’ll bring your analytical, technical, and industrial base knowledge to work alongside senior portfolio management leaders on projects that drive investments in the defense industrial base, acquisition policy, and defense procurement decisions.
  • You’ll use your skills and expertise to assess technical capabilities of the chemical processing and manufacturing industries, evaluate readiness, and establish and oversee investments in the defense industrial base covering all of DoW's portfolios.
  • Work with us to recommend policy-driven solutions, participate in senior executive engagements, and develop reporting tools to assess investments and the capabilities that the investments will provide to the DoW.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DoW chemical or propulsion industrial base, acquisition enterprise, or management of chemical and propulsion systems development
  • 3+ years of experience supporting acquisition programs or operations for weapon capabilities
  • Experience developing and evaluating acquisition strategies, baselines, or risk reduction plans
  • Experience reviewing defense authorization and appropriations acts
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Secret clearance
