In this role you will be responsible for managing allegations reported to the Business Ethics Helpline, from opening cases and allocating to appropriate internal investigating resources in consultation with IIM leadership, to independently supporting the reporting process, and supervising the maintenance of the Helpline and its associated case management system

Job Summary

  • In this role you will be responsible for managing allegations reported to the Business Ethics Helpline, from opening cases and allocating to appropriate internal investigating resources in consultation with IIM leadership, to independently supporting the reporting process, and supervising the maintenance of the Helpline and its associated case management system.
  • Proactively supervises the operation of the integrity case management system, including coordination with the I.S. support team, implementation of user access model, communication of business interests and coordination of technical customization requests, changes to data fields, general upkeep and maintenance.
